HELP?

A Mystery Solved

Have you ever pulled into a campground, hooked up, and retired, knowing that the rig's freshwater tank was nearly empty? Upon awakening, were you greeted by the sound of water dripping from the freshwater fill spout because the tank was overflowing? If so... here's a tip to solve your problems... Have you ever pulled into a campground, hooked up, and retired, knowing that the rig's freshwater tank was nearly empty? If so, the problem can be traced to the one-way check valve found inside the onboard water pump. This valve is supposed to prevent city water from leaking into the storage tank - a job that most perform reliably for years. When this little-known component fails, a mysteriously filled freshwater tank results every time you hook up.

The fix is simple. Repair or replace the existing valve. Alternatively, if the pump is getting old and weak anyway, replacing it will simultaneously correct the leaky check-valve problem.
